* Online submission of application form is open from 12/09/2025 to 21/09/2025 11:59 PM

• 1 Applicant should have a valid Email ID.
• 2 You can make changes in the Application Form before clicking on the Submit button. Candidate should verify the correctness of entries made in the Application Form particularly Name, Gender, and Category. before clicking the Submit Button. There is no provision to make changes in the Application Form once submit button is clicked.
• 3 Applicants need not send a copy of the Application Form or any documents to this office. However, he/she can download printout of Application Form for subsequent use.
• 4 Scan your photograph (max 50 KB) and signature (max 30 KB) and keep ready for uploading during filling up of the Online Application Form. Both must be in .jpg or .jpeg format.

  - Size less than 50 KB
  - Height: 250–320 px, Width: 150–220 px
  
  Instruction for Signature:
  - Size less than 30 KB
  - Height: 100–180 px, Width: 150–220 px
• 5 After reading the above all instructions to fill online Application form, the applicant has to click the Nextbutton to display Online Application form
• 6 PLEASE REMEMBER THE PASSWORD GIVEN BY YOU. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR FURTHER LOGIN.
• 7 AFTER SUCCESSFULL SUBMISSION APPLICANTS ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE THEIR APPLICATION PRINTOUT. YOU CAN ALSO TAKE THE PRINOUT AFTER LOGIN.

  • (B) APPLICANT MUST IMMEDIATELY NOTE DOWN THE APPLICATION NUMBER AFTER SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM. THIS NO. WILL BE REQUIRED FOR FURTHER LOGIN AND DOWNLOAD OF ADMIT CARD / CALL LETTER ETC.
